  Mr. McKenney has represented businesses and their owners in most areas of business litigation,
  business formation, contract negotiation, shareholder and director issues, insurance defense,
  purchases and sales of real estate and mergers and acquisitions. A significant part of
  Mr. McKenney's practice includes working closely with business owners providing guidance
  and legal advice to help the businesses achieve their goals. Further, Mr. McKenney often works
  with individuals on estate planning issues including wills, irrevocable and revocable trusts,

  Mr. McKenney is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Minnesota including the
  United States District Court for Minnesota and United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Further, Mr. McKenney is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association. Chad is married to Lisa and they have two children, Taylor and Calvin. He enjoys running marathons, triathalons, hockey, tennis, golf and coaching his kids in hockey and soccer.
